Qualification: Diploma in Electronics and ITI in electronics
Experience: 0-2Years
Key responsibilities:
- Travel on a daily basis in the allocated territory to fulfill service requirements.
- Deal with new machine installations at customers’ premises.
- Conduct warranty machine maintenance according to company guidelines.
- Respond to breakdown calls on a timely basis to reduce downtime.
- Assist sales through selling the Annual Service Contract (ASC) to customers.
- Offer pre sales technical assistance to the salespeople.
Desired candidate profile
- Should have a minimum of 6 months’ experience in servicing electronic equipment.
- Fresher with no experience can also be considered.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
Other requirements
- Must be conversant with local language and English.
- Mandatory: Two wheeler and Driving License.
